ClearMinds Center for Emotional Health is a DHA-licensed psychology and psychotherapy clinic located in Jumeirah Lakes Towers (JLT), Dubai. We provide evidence-based mental health services for individuals, couples, children, and families - delivered by a team of highly qualified, internationally trained psychologists.
Our clinic was founded with a clear belief: that every person deserves access to compassionate, professional, and culturally sensitive mental health care. In Dubai's diverse, fast-paced environment, we understand the unique pressures that individuals and families face - and we are here to help.
Our Story
Founded in 2016 by Dr. Nayla Daou
ClearMinds was founded by Dr. Nayla Daou, PsyD, a licensed clinical psychologist with a deep commitment to making quality mental health care accessible in the UAE. What began as a small practice has grown into a multi-disciplinary team of eight licensed psychologists, each bringing unique expertise, cultural backgrounds, and clinical specializations.
Today, ClearMinds serves individuals from over 50 nationalities - reflecting the rich diversity of Dubai itself. Our therapists collectively speak English, French, Arabic, Turkish, Afrikaans, and Italian, ensuring that language is never a barrier to getting help.

We offer a comprehensive range of mental health services including:
Individual Therapy - for adults, teens, and children. Treating anxiety, depression, trauma, PTSD, ADHD, and more.
Couples Therapy - using Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) and the Gottman Method to help partners rebuild trust and communication.
Child & Adolescent Psychology - play therapy, behavioral support, and developmental assessment for children aged 2–18.
EMDR Therapy - evidence-based trauma treatment for adults and children.
Psychoeducational Assessments - for dyslexia, dyscalculia, dysgraphia, and learning difficulties.
ADHD & Developmental Assessments - comprehensive evaluations for children and adults.

ClearMinds Center for Emotional Health is fully licensed and regulated in the UAE. All psychologists at ClearMinds hold active licenses from the Dubai Health Authority (DHA) or Community Development Authority (CDA), in addition to their home-country professional registrations.

Our Approach
We believe that effective therapy is built on three foundations: a strong therapeutic relationship, evidence-based methods, and genuine compassion. We do not offer one-size-fits-all solutions. Every client receives a personalized treatment plan tailored to their unique situation, background, and goals.
Our team draws on a wide range of evidence-based approaches including Psychodynamic Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), EMDR, Schema Therapy, and Play Therapy - applying the right approach for each individual.
